More than 12,500 square meters of storage space in Germany and an additional 3,000 square meters in Switzerland offer a logistical challenge.

By virtue of more than 30 years of experience, the specially developed software solutions for IPO and IPO's own cargo line, IPO is able to manage and subsequently ship their rewards portfolio containing than 3,500 various articles to the program participants in a timely manner.

First, the shipment is received by the incoming goods department and the products are then checked. Four trucks can simultaneously unload their goods at the IPO warehouse. The receiving department immediately checks the products for quality and integrity.

Over the years, IPO developed to perfection an item-related rewards process as the most appropriate management form. In this process, the items are individually packed and are then taken to the shipping warehouse. The advantage of item-related processing clearly lies in the processing speed, since each warehouse item, order-independent, has to be loaded only time per day. Our employees can process your orders very quickly thanks to an integrated storage area and clever storage system. This allows your customer to enjoy his reward within the shortest possible time - an average of 48 hours. Order-related shipping is possible for special projects.

In the last step, the products are furnished with a shipping label, packing list and information concerning the return of goods and are then shipped out.

IPO can also process "foreign" products - consigned goods - by using our own warehouse on the customer’s behalf as a Full Service.
