The in-house call center is an important section, if not the heart of IPO rewards processing. IPO customer service goes far beyond that of "normal" call center services.
The call center is currently staffed by ten employees who are available for you and your customers from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, seven days a week. In doing so, questions regarding the rewards (operation, error messages, etc.), delivery times and orders are answered immediately. Orders are taken directly via E-Mail, data import or by phone; returns, customer complaints and guarantees are processed quickly and directly.
IPO customer service has direct access to the shop system back office as well as the ERP systems. Almost any question can therefore be answered through comprehensive information.
