With a sophisticated back office (IPOS®) in the rewards shops, you have unlimited opportunities to obtain information, merge data and create statistics.

All orders and other transactions in the rewards shop are up to date by the second in IPOS®, and also available in various exports directly in your system. Besides providing information about the orderer, payment and points and rewards, there is a link to all the other information such as the Track and Trace module (package tracking). With the generated ID, all transactions are tamper-proof and stored on the IPO high-performance servers and can be accessed by you at any time. Manual intervention is also possible at any time, as well a regulated data update.

In addition to all "standard statistics" offered by IPOS®, individual exports of required information in various formats are possible. With more than 200 currently running shop systems, IPO can draw on a wealth of experience. You can benefit from this experience in many ways. You will not only benefit from positive scale effects due to performed development work, but also from a sophisticated shop system with countless modules, which are already in use.

Information on open/used points, delivery times, user accounts, new applications are standard. The systems also offers a large number of evaluations of relevant marketing data, from users/order distribution (e.g. geographically) up to referer and media code data mining.

In addition, the relevant information can be exported into the customer's ERP/CRM systems in various formats and can be used for further individual reports and statistics.
